The Correlation Between Leg Strength and Physical Activity

There is such an incredibly high correlation between physical leg strength and physical activity. Getting you stronger means that the world represents a very low percentage of effort. There is not as good of a relationship between mortality with muscle size as there is strength. Strength is the big thing but muscle size, because we said that is co-related here, it is important.
