We all have these negative thoughts. Am i good enough? I'm not doing well. A, im, you know, i have a difficult meeting to morrow. It's not going to go well. For other for others of us, maybe we tend to ruminate about negative things that have happened in the past. What i like about mindful meditation is that it brings your awareness back to the present - where things are actually pretty good.
