How to Keep Your Training More Interesting
I do about anywhere from 90 to 120 minutes a week of aerobic work. I've invested in more cardio equipment again it was like, man, I love my T or our own and everything about it but at the end of the day it's like you know, my lots are big enough my back is strong enoughlike I how strong do I need to be? And so for myself personally I tend to prioritize probably conditioning a little bit more. The main thing is keeping the crux of that session done cyclically, where again it's sustainable.
