I used to be a big fan of intermittent fasting. I'm not, I'm not again, that's saying it doesn't work. But when we do not put boundaries, like open kitchen, closed kitchen, we open up the possibility of overeating. And there was one amazing study that showed what happened when people moved up their breakfast an hour and a half and moved up their dinner an hour & a half changed nothing else. We just created boundaries on the day. They ate less.
