I grew up not wanting to read about any of that. I was like, i don't want to hear it. Get it out of my face. A girl friend at the time gave me this book called success through a positive mental attitude. It made me so hungry to learn about if all of us have a brain, and all of us can train our brains to think differently. Just like we can train our muscles to lift heavier weights or do different exercises. Do you feel healthier when you act upon that i think, is my opinion? There are no green smoothies that you can drink. There are no cross fit workouts that you can do that will make you feel healthier then simply recognizing
