Tuning Into Your Breath

We're going to begin just by tuning into our breath. Don't have to breathe anymore deeply or any more slowly than you are naturally. It's just about paying attention to the sensations and the rhythm of our breath, noticing where and how we feel it the most. Just bringing our attention to something that normally is going on outside of our attention and allowing that focus and attention to welcome us into the moment into our bodies.
