I used to be quite cynical about that phrase and about that bit of terminology. And I've realised recently, actually it is all a journey, isn't it? But it is difficult because some of the language that you use, e.g. it's a journey, is a shared language with some stuff that I think we find less helpful,. which is the sort of social media language of wellness. Which you know, has good intentions but perhaps doesn't help you when you're in the pit. Yeah. The great tragedy is it's adversely affected the radio show. It's bad. I'd steer clear.
