The Backlash to DEI

There has been a huge backlash to DEI in particular. This is part of Ron DeSantis's presidential platform. I think that is having an actual effect on how DEI is being done and if it's even being done at all. There have been lawsuits from people alleging that the companies that pledged all of these diversity goals didn't live up to their own pledges.
