Do You Know How Much You Can Run a Marathon in 12 Weeks?

If you're able to run six to seven miles a day, even as little as five, it's completely feasible. A lot of that has to do with doing marith on pace work during long runs rather than just going out an king 20 miles. And then typically there are at least two or three things in the training that need to be changed. We've got to inject marathon paste running into workout a starting anywhere.
