How Do You Get People to Run for Marathons?

I know running can be very intimidating sometimes. A lot of runners or I'm sorry, a lot of folks just have these preconceptions about running. So how do you get folks to actually enjoy it and become that consistent runner? Well, in group, I throw in tons of anaerobic sprints, like hundreds, two hundreds mixed in with like burpees,. lateral lunges, alternating forward lunges, stuff like that. You know, if someone's injured, they should not stop training for a marathon. They just might need to work on areas to strengthen and keep their bodies healthy.
