Stress, for example, was the number one cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. You have to take in soluble nn soluble fibres, pre biotics and so on, resistance starches. Those become critical to feed those microbes. Fasting is also part of that, because during the fastest state is when your microbes rebuild that structure. If you're not fasting enough, if you're not giving enough in time for for non feeding, in not rebuilding these structuresand it's profoundly better.
