Stretching, Relaxing My Body

Yi: I try to knock out everything before like, six or seven p m at night. Like, i want to be able to relax, ind on the couch and like wine down. Yi: My stretching routine really relaxes my body. And then it kind of maximizes it for me throughout the whole night of sleep. Have you noticed anything in terms of how hungry you get if you're sleep deprived? There is a very strong link in correlation between sleep deprivation and the whole ones that are responsible for making s feel hungry and satiated.
