Koryallen: I like looking at these little snapshots and just noticing these things that are happening all around us all the time. The more you are aware of how your thoughts are coming and going, which thoughts that you're giving more energy to,. How you have the mental dexterity to acknowledge some thoughts and then let them go. It's really extraordinary to recognize that that flows happening within us at all times but also in awe of our own minds for being self-aware.
