Adapting the Intensity of a Short Interval
The intensity is a step lower than those short intervals that i was doing previously. For this particular system, i'm usually targeting between 60 to 90 minutes of total intensity during the course of that during the course of a week. The way o maybe structure this stuff is, i'd be looking a maybe weak one. I would do, say, a 20 minute temple run where i'm doing lactic threshold for 20 minutes. So i'll use that sometimes in some of the early work ous just to kind of, like remind myself of what the perceived effort feels like and get a gauge at what my pace is at that.
