I didn't quite think about how long people actually take it for, and how those negative consequences of suppressing your holmans adds up over a very long time. We went through year. What i realized when it won't kape me, count and ar the more effort you put in, it's really an eye-opening experience. I'd heard many stories of leaving the industry by all so many people who don't feel truly into what they do. And that just shows to me that whatever path you're on, whatever mission that you're supposedly working towards, or whoever you're trying to help,. specially in fitness, like you probably need to change.
