Are You Doing High Wedge Practice or Low Wedge Training?
The idea is that when we're performing a skill, like I'm dropping a line into somebody's neck or I'm, you know, doing whatever, that's a high wedge moment. The exact opposite of that a low wedge moment is maybe I'm playing with the pieces of it and sort of figuring it out. So depending on what stage of your learning, your at, those different levels of wedges can be really important.
