moderation goes a long way, you know, limitation, not elimination. You can use it as a suggestion, but you should note all the kinds of foods that you could eat. If you can't see yourself doing this for us your life, you probably shouldn't do it because it's not going to be sustainable for you. It was helpful to have somebody else to know like, it's very easy for me to lie to myself and harm myself.
