I find that it just really is such a kind of download moment. I love journaling and writing things down and meditating. It's so weird I get so excited for a long plane journey just sitting there with my journal just writing and writing. And again like what you were saying earlier I think it's really pertinent here of like what are the things you love to do your day today because you giving that love of journaling some energy right, probably ages before you started doing Pilates?
