You could definitely... I mean, you could do it in Excel. If you want to, with Excel, you could make your own. You're just gonna have to... the nice thing about your using of software and things like that is that it does all the calculating for each of the individual rides for you. Like, once you have those numbers, it would be bog easy to plug it in. But if you're ... if you're gonna do it all in Excel, you're gonna have to load in fit files or whatever, and then you's gonna have to parse all that power data and then crunch it all yourself. It should never feel hard or grippy doing an endurance ride
