How to Negotiate Gifts for Your Partner
Once you have your immediate team, like you know your bubble, you can negotiate gifts for one another. So let's say your top priority is to protect one another and one of you is severely injured by being around whatever family member. Then you can give that person the gift of tolerating not acquiescing to this family member and basically enduring punishment because of it. That would be the barter you're giving to your partner. And I recommend also having a secret password for like a worst case scenario. Like it's the emergency signal for I need to bail like or we need to get the fuck out of here now.
