What is it about working in an agency that seems appealing and then what sort of what's some trepidation you have around that? I think people underestimate how much time is spent in meetings with other managers or your direct reports or in team meetings. To be honest, you have to find extra hours to actually do your work because 75% of the time has spent in these meetings that could have been an email or could have been like you didn't have to attend but they put you on the invite.
