Sally Kohn: You've been talking about intentional and unintentional outcomes of design for several years. In fact, the first episode that you had on UX cake, it was outcomes for design and that awesome tarot deck that you created like of prompts for designers to have more intentional outcomes. But speaking of unintended consequences, you didn't realize how I was going to roll this into. How what the hell does this have to do with systems thinking?Kohn: It's kind of funny because I think it has to do with all my years in consulting and just seeing how different organizations, especially in the technology sector, kind of think about what they're producing at scale.
