This is really actually, this is incredibly important because the majority of individuals will go and say, okay, and listen, I tell patients that they should be good at squatting. There's a strong emotional connection people have with those things as it takes effort to learn how to do them. Human beings have a different wiring of their brain than any other animal on the planet when it comes to movement. You can't have a movement without a thought, without a sense, without an emotional connection to it.
