Change management is the one because I have yet to encounter anyone who has like a standard out of the box change management process. People need communication, right? So we got to do all that stuff too. A single list to go off of definitely makes a difference. If everybody has a plan, they know what they're expect. And also statistically, like ITSM is usually the first product people buy. It started off their entire service now journey, maybe eating, predating some sort of system organization that they had before and learning from mistakes.
