What's Soluble Fibre?

Fibre has soluble insies, soluble like pectins. Insoluble fibre is what holds jelly together. Data shows that if you have either one or the other doesn't work. You need both in real food. The easy way to do it is to add soluble fibre. That's what the food industry keeps doing,. And keeping telling us that it's good because it's got extra fibre. Wrong. Doesn't have functional fibre. One bars doesn't make a damned bit of difference.
