Yinyoga - Bringing Your Body Back Into Peace

When i'm stuck in that fight or fight response, when my heart is always pounding out of my chest, i'm always feeling on edge, or waiting for the next shoe to drop. We can make choices to bring our nervous system back into calm, back into peace. Whether it's slow, gentle movements, yinyoga is a really great go to practice for me that stimulates that para sympathetic nervous system. That's what we're talking about doing here now, to bring us from activatet to peace to come. So just like we can stimulate our body with our breath, we can slow our body down.
