How Do You Treat Jet Lag?
How can some people sleep for five or six hours and feel fine, and other people need eight or ten? There are things you can do to treat jet lag. You can use these lights certain times f the day to help your acclimate. Some people out there who need eight hours of sleep. If that's what you need, seeking eight is going to create an hour and a half of dead time That might even be interpreted as being insomnia.
