I think the sourcing, a, everything that goes into every i we do. Ah, i think it's often not understood or maybe taken for granted. We mill almost all the flour in house, using grains from local farmers. Ahand think by doing that, it has a slightly nicer flavor. And so to me, that was one of those attention details,. One of those steps that we would take as part of the business.
