The Miso on Banana Bread

I love food that has air in it. So, I kind of wanted to create that or recreate that. It started with cini sambal and then we did another sort of a tartine with crab. And then I had done a banana French toast with a miso caramel. That's a really weird twist. The menu was my favorite.
