I think when you talk about all these five positions, it's likt freedom of flexibility across every joint in the body. And i be train just wit those five movements. But at least like that sets a really nice boundary, i think, for climate wherethe de you know, may be strong or weak in some positions. So climb as usy, like, right, you go. Tookt how many chinnups can you do? What weight can youv chinup? It kind of given, you like, we can work on different flexibility components, but we come back to these patterns as a way of assessing progress and our range of motion.
