The Importance of Balance in Meditation
A lot of meditations are, you know, try to get the mind to quiet the hell down. How's that working for you? It hasn't worked as well as I had wanted to. So now it's more let the body relax and unwind and the mind, the thoughts just kind of float by,. They become less sticky and then they don't really bother me. And different people need different things at different times.
