Yes, i think like the human body, i mean, the body of any animal, i guess you could say, is sort of fine tuned by nature for survival, yes. And so just because we could survive moving that way, it doesn't mean it's the best way to build bone mass and strength,. keep raed, i woud be keeping the joints healthy.
