Anything you put in your mouth has a certain composition. I think nutrient density is going to completely change our food system and be the lever for regenerative agriculture. And if you knew the quality of your food, not measured by the five metrics that are currently available, but measured by the thousands of biochemicals that we can now test for both good and bad, billions of dollars will go into this.
