How to Deal With Anxiety

When we are anxious about our anxiety, we have double the amount of anxiety. Not wanting to feel it creates a whole other negative emotion on top of the anxiety. This does not help, my friends. It doesn't lessen the anxiety. It intensifies it and in fact, buries it under another layer of emotions. So what does it feel like in your body when you're feeling anxiety? Now, there's some variation in answers, but not much. The main thing people tell me is, it feels like a pressure in my chest,. Like a tightness or a heaviness on my chest.
