I'm paying close attention to my mental state. Is this exciting? Does this feel like i want to be out here? Or do i feel like i'm forcing thiss? Because a mistake that gets overlooked a lot of times with ultra runners is skeletal muscles heel pretty quick. So getting into that too early can put em ina position where they get half way through ther next training block and they're just not mentally, like, as excited to go through the rigors of the training again.
