Safety Indicators Aren't Always Leading
The authors conclude that the indicators that we generally genuinely believe and talk about as being leading indicators are not always leading. There was something in all that data wheree the statistics says, we have an indication of what's going to happen to triffer, but they also lagged triffer as well. So straightway, they sort of became, i wouldn't say confused, but it became clear from the data that it was pretty complicated, complicated system of kind of interactions. It could just be that the same things that are warning them that an accident is coming are also causing them to do these other activities.
