If you are eating fish and, like said, meat, then perhaps supplantation isn't really necessary. I think i come down more strongly on the fisal being positive, having cardi protective effects and other positive health effects than you do. But i still make the recommendation to kind of macx out your whole food route first. So if you can eat fish, two, three, four times a week and you'll be good.
