The Best Rise We Tasted All Day

Three batches of fries prepared according to the same exacting specifications, but two were entirely forgotten. Nobody was interested in 75. They were oily, not crispy, almost sodden. The third batch, six 37, to die for tat was the old school fry that doesn't exist any more. And we agree that those best rise we tasted all afternoon.
