Is That the Right Word for Our Relationship With Food?

There's one word that you use a lot in your book, which is opacity. These, it suddenly becomes our relationship with food changes because so much of our connection with food up to this point in human history is being able to touch food and see it. So, but suddenly we're at this point where you can no longer see the food. We have no connection to it other than perhaps a label,. printed label of words that go around it. How do we know that when we open a tin can, what's going to be inside is worth eating? I mean, we're putting it in our lives.
