Our interactions are not only with other people but they're between who we are as a person and our experiences. These things are constantly interacting even if we're not noticing them, that shapes what we're capable of doing next. I recently did harness climbing for the first time instead of bouldering so on the idea that I had a harness meant that I had to interact with that wall in a very different way than if I could just you know jump off the wall at any stage.
