The Importance of Consistency in Your Health

I am very committed to my fitness and my nutrition. The world could be blowing up around me and I'm still in my basement getting my workout in priority. Having a coach is so key because you, you oftentimes need help dealing with that stuff. You have to know when to ask for help. And having my coach Erica is my rock. She really is. Because she helps me know how to deal with the bear. It's all about consistency and protecting that time.
