The way we did our data analysis for some of the training studies is instead of using inferential statistics, essentially looking at statistical significance. We took power lifters and put them through actual training programs for six weeks. And they had a 99% chance of having gained superior than what the coaches and athletes regard as meaningful. So over six weeks, they gained around 33 kilos on their total terms and conditions apply.
