Choosing Gratitude Over Complaining

Today was our 300th episode of our show. What a fun ride it has been and we’re barely getting started let me tell you. We have so many plans and ideas up our sleeves it almost makes me go nuts!

I hope you’ve been enjoying our show so far and have been able to connect with the content in some way.

Today we talked for almost 2 hours! I hope you don’t mind that. But we talked about choosing to be happy. It’s a choice to not complain. It’s a choice to see the beauty of life.

Every single day we make a conscious decision to live in gratitude and appreciation for all the gifts God has bestowed upon our lives. You could spend an entire lifetime thanking God for all the blessings. So choose to be happy in this moment, right now.

We also discussed how being an empath affects our ability to watch the news or take things in that maybe other people can. Some people can watch the news and not be as affected as we are for example. So it’s important to understand what kind of energetic body type you have so you can then determine what you can allow in.

We also discussed how Qigong has been affecting our lives and changing our outlook on many things. Qigong in an amazing course and we HIGHLY recommend it.

Then we also discussed how it’s important to make and perform what I like to call, “life affirming choices” each day. What are you doing each day that tells God that you’re serious about living?
