The gym is a form of mindfulness for me in a sense. My mind is always busy, even though I meditate for 10 minutes every morning. It's still very busy. But once I get to the gym and do kickboxing, I'm an hour of no thought at all. You don't have to do everything as long as you ensure you enjoy life on the short term but also on the long term.
