i think what's great is that if you have conversations, the customers will become so much real. This is no longer about what i want as a copand or a team member. This is about what's going to be best for customers. If we understand the customer better than our competition, that's how we win. When we can hear something on a monday and have something deployed by wednesday - that's where the indi sass company wins.
