Are Run Walks a Good Workout?

For runners who struggle to maintain a constant running pace, is their benefit in walking if they need to? Yes, absolutely so. At ten minutes, use those walk brakes to break up your natural flow and just kind of help recalibrate om. But don't be one of those people who gets carried away and then sprints in the in between and still negates the tire process. I have one of my athletes i work with who's a run walk runner. When i started working with them, they were doing run walk in i think it was like a two 30 run in a 30 second walk. Within three months, we were doing like a five to one run walk. And overall
