We were working with this brand. And they said, oh, we'll do a chatbot based on our catalog. We actually learned that people don't ask about getting a pot of paint blue of three kilos. No, they come to the person in the store,. They're saying, listen, I need to repaint my bathroom. What would be a good pain so that that is waterproof. So it's all about it was all more about the project than the actual thing.
