The Importance of Carbohydrates
We should eat less than 150 grams of carbs, carbohydrates per day. The problem is when what we see is that in people or in groups of people that eat a lot more they start to see health problems such as diabetes and heart disease. America's really probably the worst in the world in terms of health and fitness. It's just a disaster.
