Nicholas Ramon-Stabberg is an operating advisor focusing on Goog2Market and customer success at Verdane Elevate. He has spent the last 10 years actually in the SaaS business in different roles prior to joining Verdane, most recently as chief customer officer at Hive Streaming. Before that he worked for a company called FreeSpeak, which is also Swedish SaaS company or it could be roots in Sweden, but with a significant international presence. So obviously, big passion for customer centricity, all things customer experience because I just think it's an incredibly interesting space to be in as well.
