The Social Aspect of Sleeping

There's something going on here that's important to it, just like there is with sleep itself. I also thought it was interesting that you noted that during that interim period between a first sleep and a second sleep, that people had elevated levels of the hormon prolacton. So think about that, that pattern in your life. It is not all hectic and not all crazy and not aregumited. There's some place where your brain finds a sweet spot where it wants to be,. And almost like it wakes up in the middle of night to take advantage of that sweet spot.
